At Greenscape Shop, we take as much care in packaging your plants as we do in growing them. We understand that sometimes a plant may not thrive as expected, or your gardening vision may change. Like the careful tending of our Alpinus x callizones or the nurturing of a young Acer, we approach each return with attention and care.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your plants, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these simple steps to ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly:
- Contact Our Support Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Authorization: Our plant specialists will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package Your Items: Carefully repackage the plants in their original packaging if possible, including the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our nursery at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, we will ship your replacement plants once we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
While we strive for flexibility, some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their perishable nature or special growing requirements:
- Custom or special order plants (such as specific cultivars of Acer or Albizia that we sourced specifically for your order)
- Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
- Seasonal items with limited availability
- Gift cards or downloadable content
Please note: For the health and safety of our plant collection, we cannot accept returns of plants that show signs of disease or pest infestation that occurred after delivery. Our support team can offer gardening advice to help revive struggling plants.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items or incorrect products. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping if necessary.
