Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Each plant is packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives healthy and ready to thrive.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat rate fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
- Available for orders over $50.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your plants. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return or exchange process:
- Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Authorization: Our plant specialists will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package Your Items: Repackage the plants securely in their original packaging, if possible. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the box.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our nursery at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement plants as soon as we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature or specific growing requirements, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or special order plants (e.g., specific cultivars of Acer or Albizia that were sourced specifically for your order).
- Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers.
- Seasonal items with limited availability.
- Gift cards or downloadable content.
For the health and safety of our plant collection, we cannot accept returns of plants that show signs of disease or pest infestation that occurred after delivery. Our support team is happy to provide gardening advice to help revive struggling plants.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including covering return shipping if necessary.
